How long does delivery take?
We deliver across Romania via FAN Courier in 2–4 business days. Cluj-Napoca orders placed before 14:00 may be delivered the next business day. You will receive a confirmation call within 2 hours of placing your order.
Are all products genuine and imported?
Yes — 100%. We source directly from trusted suppliers in Pakistan, India, and Bangladesh. Every product is authentic and exactly the same as what you would find back home. We never sell substitutes or local alternatives.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery (ramburs), card payment online via Visa/Mastercard, and bank transfer. Cash on delivery is available Romania-wide — you pay the courier when your order arrives.
How do I return a product?
We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory product, contact us via WhatsApp or email within 30 days. We will arrange collection and a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
Do you have a physical store?
Yes! Our shop is at Calea Moților 96, Cluj-Napoca. We are open every day from 09:00 to 20:00. You are welcome to visit, browse, and pick up your order in person.
Is there a minimum order amount?
No minimum order. Orders over 200 lei qualify for free shipping. Orders below 200 lei have a flat 25 lei delivery fee anywhere in Romania.
